Insurance: I am currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee and a limited number of additional plans. Please contact the office for a complete list of accepted insurance providers.

For plans where I am considered out-of-network, I am happy to provide a super bill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Please note: Clinical Hypnosis is not a service that is billable to insurance companies, so this will be a private pay service.

Rate per session: $120

Please contact me for specific package rates for smoking cession and weight loss.

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment

All major credit cards accepted for payment. I also can accept Health Savings Account Cards.

Cancellation Policy

You will be charged the full session price if you do not cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
